- Client and project data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period afterward as required by Romanian tax and accounting law (generally up to ten (10) years for financial records).
- You may request earlier deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records (see Section 11).
9. Third-Party Services

- Render — to host and serve the Website and application data.
- Google Gmail — to send and receive inquiry and project correspondence.
- Stripe — to process payments for services. ARRELMEDIA does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

Where such transfers occur, we rely on safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
